‘Anson Bay Lodge’

Set in a quiet beautiful spot providing privacy yet only ten minutes drive from shops and restaurants. The Lodge is situated on one and a half acres amid island style gardens with a large lawn and guest barbecue area. There is extensive bird-life on the property. A “home away from home”.  There are 1 x 3 bedroom house with 2 ensuites (sleeps 6), 2 x two Bedroom units and 2 x one bedroom cottages. Each unit/cottage is equipped with gas stove, microwaves, colour TV, DVD player, radio, telephone & all linen supplied (including beach towels and picnic basket). A late model hire car is included in the accommodation tariff..

‘Bligh Court Holiday Cottages’

These ground level cottages in Grassy Road are just a short walk to shops, restaurants and the National Park. The cottages are fully self-contained, the appointments include full kitchen, queen size beds, TV, telephone. Beautiful gardens create a relaxed home-away-from-home feeling with a barbecue and entertaining area where bunches of bananas are hung for guests to enjoy.

Bounty Lodge’

These apartments are newly built, graded 4½ star and are within walking distance to all shops, post office and the hospital. There is a long-established Bounty restaurant on site. Set well back in park-like grounds to ensure peace and quiet, all apartments open onto wide verandahs with views over tree-filled valleys to the National Park. A hire car is included with this property, however insurance and petrol are extra and payable direct whilst on the island.

‘By The Bay’

By the Bay is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beautiful house. The ensuite has a self cleaning spa bath with a massage shower head. The fully equipped kitchen contains a microwave and dishwasher. A Conservatory allows you to sit and admire the magical ocean views or to look over the floodlit garden and trees by night.

‘Callum Court’

These self-contained apartments are situated in a garden setting. Callum Court is handy to everything yet far enough off the road to ensure your peace and quiet, with their one-bedroom apartments sporting spectacular views over the headland to the sea, and Studio Apartments with lovely mountain views.
A rental vehicle is included with your unit for the duration of your stay. An insurance charge of $10 per day/per unit plus petrol is payable direct whilst on the island.

‘Callum House’

This three bedroom executive house is located in New Cascade Road, only 3 minutes drive to town. Callum House is handy to everything yet far enough off the road to ensure your peace and quiet, with spectacular views over the headland to the sea. Features include: full kitchen with microwave, ensuite bathroom and laundry, color T.V., phone, gas heaters and fans.

'Cascade Garden Apartments'

Cascade Gardens consists of 4 x one-bedroom units and 1 x two-bedroom unit, only minutes from the shopping centre. These self-contained units are surrounded by lush, colourful gardens and magnificent, panoramic valley and ocean views. Facilities include: colour TV, cooking facilities, fridge, fans and electric blankets.

'Central Garden Apartments'

If you like to be in the heart of where it's all happening, choose Central. Close to shops and restaurants.

'Channer's Corner Holiday Apartments'

Channer's Corner is situated within a leisurely stroll of the shopping centre, Post Office, Bowling Club and tennis courts. This property is also only five minutes drive from the beach, golf course and historic convict ruins. The property provides personal assistance with a manager on residence and offers facilities including: fully equipped kitchens, guest laundry, and a barbecue and picnic area. (Rental vehicle included, $10 per day insurance) 

'Christian’s of Bucks Point'

Five Star deluxe establishment 4 minutes from shops or beach, sleeps six people. Historic island home with old world ambience and very modern convenience. Features three bedrooms (King, Queen and Double), three bathrooms, spacious country style kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, lounge/sitting room plus extra games/writing room, Satellite T.V., video, C.D. player, IDD phone and fax, barbeque, Croquet and Boules. 'Cobby’s Gen Crystal Pool'

Originally the Island home of Cobby Robinson, built around 1890, this delightful two bedroom cottage is set near the Rocky Point coast on 5 acres of rural land. It is only a 5 minute walk to Crystal Pool or Bumboras Bay. Features include full surrounding verandahs, large lounge with fireplace, country style kitchen/dining room, king-sized beds, bathroom complete with old fashioned bath, office facilities with phone/fax, TV & Stereo, BBQ, separate laundry with WC. A hire car is included with this property, however insurance and petrol are extra and are payable direct whilst on the island.

'Colony Lodge'

A well located property 'Colony Lodge' is two minutes drive from shops and restaurants. Close to the tennis club apartments are set in beautiful hibiscus filled gardens. All apartments are fully self contained. Barbeques are also situated on the grounds.

'Cumberland Close Apartments'

'Cumberland Close' is situated on Taylors Road within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The complex consists of six 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, one studio apartment (ideal for the person travelling alone), plus Cumberland House, a separate 3 to 4 bedroom house. All apartments are self catering and include a fully equipped kitchen, T.V., in house video system, electric blankets, clock radios and I.D.D. phones. A transit lounge is also available for people departing on late flights.

‘Daydreamer Holiday Apartments’

Daydreamer has one and two bedroom fully self-contained apartments, which offer well-equipped ground level suites. It features spacious grounds with tranquil, idyllic valley views. It also has a covered quest barbeque area. This peaceful and serene complex is close to shops, restaurants and the national park.

A hire car is included with this property, however it is necessary to pay an additional fee for car insurance. Insurance is payable direct to the accommodation house whilst on the island.

‘Dii Elduu Cottages’

Dii Elduu is located on the western side of Norfolk and overlooking undulating pastures to glimpses of the sea, offers the discerning business or leisure traveller an opportunity to escape the frantic pace of modern day life. It’s the perfect place to relax in complete comfort, peace and privacy – a retreat from the world and all it’s pressures.  The house has three bedrooms with the main bedroom having an ensuite. ‘Dolphin Inn’

Located off New Cascade road, sitting atop one of Norfolk’s pine-filled valleys. Dolphin Inn is made up of five 2-bedroom units and one 1-bedroom unit, all fully self contained and ground level, set amidst tranquil gardens. BBQ and entertainment area in a garden setting. Full kitchen facilities, laundry, King, double and twin beds available, phone in each unit, heating and fan cooling, remote TV, close to shops and restaurants.

'Endeavour Lodge'

'Fantasy Island'

Fantasy Island Resort has ocean views of Phillip or Nepean Island’s from your private balcony. Every bedroom has its own ensuite and allocated covered parking space. 'Fletcher Christian Apartments'

'Fletcher Christian Apartments' are situated on the edge of town on a 6 acre estate overlooking a tranquil valley and hillside wooded with Norfolk pines.  ' Forrester Court ' – The Gazebo

This self-contained 1 bedroom cottage can accommodate up to two people. The Gazebo has views through the trees towards Cascade Bay and the Pacific Ocean . Other facilities include a chilled water cooler, wide screen TV with DVD/CD player, Satellite TV, and BBQ. Guests may use the site library to borrow books, cds dvds and videos.

'The Governors Lodge'

The Governor’s Lodge is situated on sixteen acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, with great rural and ocean views. Surrounded by the famous majestic giant Norfolk Pines, it is only a pleasant ten minute walk to the famous tax free shopping centre, or five minutes ride in the resort courtesy coach. Facilities include "The Governor’s House" Restaurant, Direct ISD phones, Facsimile machines, Modems, Mini Bars, Kitchenette, Sky television, Courtesy Coach, BBQ’s, Tennis Court, Room Service. 'Haydanblair House'

Haydanblair House is an executive style large home, situated only 2kms from the shopping centre. There are 3 king sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is great for a family or small group. Also features cathedral ceilings, sunken lounge, large verandahs and beautiful gardens. A pool, tennis court and licensed restaurant are available for guests use at Highlands Lodge, located just up the road.

'Hibiscus Aloha Apartments'

Situated close to shops and restaurants, these fully self-contained apartments offer the makings of a pleasant holiday with swimming pool, tennis court and barbeque facilities available for all Hibiscus Apartments guests. A hire car is included with this property, however it is necessary to pay an additional $15 per unit/per day car insurance. 'Nuffka Studio Apartments'

"Nuffka" is the name of a much loved little kingfisher that is indigenous to Norfolk Island. Each apartment is fully self-contained, with video, TV & video library, phone, large comfortable lounge, fully equipped kitchen, solar plus hot water. Barbecue setting in the spacious grounds. The property consists of only two apartments situated amongst a lush sub-tropical palm plantation. Both apartments have sea views and are only ten minutes drive from the shops.

‘Ponderosa’

'Ponderosa' is situated on 30 acres of undulating countryside, each apartment featuring a sea view. Located at Longridge these secluded apartments are approximately 5 minutes drive away from shops, restaurants and the Bowling Club. Units are self contained with private balconies. The peaceful lounge setting features a salt water pool and transit lounge. A lovely place to stay with beautiful surroundings at a very reasonable price.

'Rahooloo Cottage'

A two bedroom loft house with its own private entrance. Lie in the upstairs bedroom, look over the pines to the sea, Philip Island and the valley below, where the white terns play. ISD dialling and a facsimile machine provided. The view is spectacular. A car is included with the cottage (compulsory insurance and petrol extra).

'Routi House'

This property is fully self contained and very private. It is nestled in a peaceful rural location overlooking green pastures that slope away down to the blue Pacific Ocean. It is very comfortable and should help to make your stay on Norfolk Island a memorable and relaxing special occasion. Routi House has 2 bedrooms; Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and a single bed, bedroom 2 has a king size bed. It is equipped with most amenities including TV, video player, fans, radios, full service kitchen facilities, direct dial phone, fax, laundry, and is serviced daily.

'Saints Apartments'

'Seavista Holiday Apartments'

Seavista Holiday Apartments are budget value accommodation and consist of 4 x one bedroom apartments and the two bedroom Homestead. Recently upgraded and assessed 3½ star by the Automobile Association of Australia. The property is located on the edge of Burnt Pine shopping centre and is within walking distance to the town. The large fully self contained units have valley views along with sea glimpses. The one bedroom apartments are configured as either twin or king beds with an optional third single bed in the lounge area. The Homestead has a queen and a single bed in the main bedroom with the 2nd bedroom configured as either King or Twin.

The Seavista Holiday Apartments are supplied with Fans, Room Heaters and all linen requirements, fully equipped kitchen, lounge with colour television, Video recorder, CD radio cassette and Direct dial telephones (incoming, free local calls & IDD).

'Tintoela Cottage – 1 B/rm'

Luxury accommodation for two people in a one bedroom cottage, which is an island style home, constructed of Norfolk Island Pine and convict stone. The wide covered verandah overlooks panoramic views of Cockpit Valley with the seascape behind. Features one large bedroom (king-size bed) with adjoining ensuite, spacious kitchen, and open lounge / dining room. Luxury accommodation for a maximum of 6 people. The cottage is an island style home, constructed of Norfolk Island Pine and convict stone. 'Tintoela'

Tintoela is a traditional island-style home built and owned by craftsman builder Hunky Evans, a direct descendant of Bounty mutineers John Evans and John Adams. This five bedroom, three floor modern home, features large verandahs, natural timber interiors, spacious rooms with a lounge/sitting room and bathroom on each floor. It occupies a secluded 3½ acre site five minutes from Burnt Pine with panoramic views of Cockpit valley and the seascape behind. A hire car is included with this property, however it is necessary to pay an additional $10 per unit/per day car insurance. Both insurance and petrol are payable direct to the accommodation house whilst on the island.

'Tradewinds'

‘Tradewinds’ features 4 fully self-contained two bedroom units, which are very spacious and beautifully appointed. They are located on the eastern side of Norfolk at Steels Point, approximately 7 minutes drive into the main town. All have fully equipped kitchens, two bedrooms with king-size beds and ensuites, laundry, TV/Video, phone, verandas and off-street parking.

'Viewrest Inn'

Situated at the top of Grassy Road, this 31/2 star property consists of three fully self-contained executive units. Each unit has a patio with outdoor furniture, and all units are high set with expansive town and sea views. Full laundry facilities, BBQ with garden setting. Only 7 minutes walk to shops, post office and restaurants.
